Marketing campaign concept for a set of luxurious properties called Spectre Estates.

The goal was to create a full marketing campaign kit for a property located in the eastern suburbs area. Because the property was located out in near the suburb of Malabar which is situated near the water and parkland; I chose to use a mixture of floral patterns and blue colour scheme to represent both the forest and water respectively.

Both the logo and pattern were designed intentionally so the pattern could be tiled across and the Logo could fit on any web and print format without and worry for sizing issues.
